Kadesha Carroll, Co-founder of Charisma Events & Consulting, had been the "unofficial" event planner for social gatherings and vacation getaways for nearly six years. It wasn't until 2008, where she was able to put her natural talent to work in an "official" setting. After receiving her Master of Business Administration, Kadesha began her career with a major consumer electronics company, where she was tasked with managing marketing efforts for new technologies which included experiential marketing events. Not to her surprise, she absolutely loved this role!

In 2010, she received the entrepreneurial itch and knew that she had to start a business that would bring her true fulfillment and utilize her gifts and talents! Hence, Charisma Events & Consulting was born in October 2010!

Established in October 2010, Charisma Events & Consulting hit the ground running in full force by planning and executing a wide array of events including birthday parties, graduation parties, non-profit benefits, wedding and business expositions.  With a renewed focused, CEC will focus primarily on weddings, quinceaneras, and corporate events serving southern California and the Delaware area.  As the preferred wedding planner of the La Mesa David's Bridal & Friar Tux--we believe our style, organization skills and most importantly our infectious spirits sets us apart.  Our core philosophy has always been to treat customers as extended family—we take pride in our relationships with all of our clients and we don’t look at them at just a paycheck.   Currently, Kadesha is assisted by Amanda De La Rosa, Brittnii Johnson, and Libby Landers.  With two years under its’ belt, it is looking forward to growing its staff and eventually having its own storefront with a showroom!

Kadesha strongly believes in a "work hard, play hard" philosophy.  In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her husband which includes visiting her family in Delaware, eating at new restaurants, walking, and spending time growing closer to God.
